Welcome to G-Script. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our services, including our website, applications, and any software provided on or in connection with G-Script services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Please note that G-Script is an independent entity and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected to Google LLC. While our application utilizes Google APIs, it is developed, maintained, and supported by G-Script under our own terms of service and privacy policy. Our use of Google APIs does not imply any partnership with or endorsement by Google.

Limited Use of Google User Data

G-Script’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. G-Script will transfer your data to Supabase, our database provider which helps us to process your data and provide the service.

Access and Use of the Service

• Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age.
• Account Registration: To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
• Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. G-Script cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with the above.

Conditions of Use

• Lawful Use: You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You will not use the Service in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Service or interfere with any other party's use of the Service.
• Prohibited Activities: You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities: (i) copying, distributing, or disclosing any part of the Service in any medium, including without limitation by any automated or non-automated "scraping"; (ii) using any automated system, including without limitation "robots," "spiders," "offline readers," etc., to access the Service; (iii) transmitting spam, chain letters, or other unsolicited email; (iv) attempting to interfere with, compromise the system integrity or security, or decipher any transmissions to or from the servers running the Service.

Intellectual Property Rights

• Ownership: The Service and all rights therein, including, without limitation, intellectual property rights, are owned by or licensed to G-Script. Except as expressly provided in these Terms, you agree not to use, modify, reproduce, distribute, sell, license, or otherwise exploit the Service without our permission.
• User Content: You retain all rights in, and are solely responsible for, the User Content you create in G-Script. G-Script is not able to access your content, read it or use it in any way. 

Third Party Websites

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or resources. You acknowledge and agree that G-Script is not responsible or liable for: (i) the availability or accuracy of such websites or resources; or (ii) the content, products, or services on or available from such websites or resources. Links to such websites or resources do not imply any endorsement by G-Script of such websites or resources or the content, products, or services available from such websites or resources.

Indemnity and Release

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless G-Script and its officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including without limitation reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms.

General Terms

• Modification: G-Script reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify the Service or to modify these Terms, including the service fees, at any time and without prior notice.
• Governing Law: These Terms and any action related thereto will be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the company is established, without regard to or application of its conflict of law provisions or your state or country of residence.
• Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire and exclusive agreement between you and G-Script with respect to the Service, and supersede and replace any other agreements, terms, and conditions applicable to the Service.

By accessing or using the Service, you signify your agreement to be bound by these Terms of Service.
